PerSe, 'Inseparable' Malbec, 2021 Exclusive Made from hand-harvested Mencía grapesInseparable is a new bottling from the lower part of PerSes incredible El Monasterio vineyard in Gualtallary. The soils here have less limestone and the wines are fermented in special concrete tanks David designed himself. This is very much a refined, bright style of Malbec bursting with notes of intense black fruits, cherries, spices and violets. An energetic and compelling wine offering a taste of the PerSe character at a fraction of the cost.
